COVID-19
We are happy we can meet you personally during our conference. Please note: we apply and secure the actual COVID-19 measurements of the Dutch National Government at all times. That means that at this moment, there will be a corona check at the door. You need to make use of the Corona Check app. You can download the Corona Check app in the App store or Google Play store. This app generates a QR code of a negative PCR test based on a sample collected no more than 24 hours before the event, proof of recovery, or proof of vaccination. This QR code will be checked before you get access. This is very important, without this QR code you can’t get access.
If you are from outside of the Netherlands, you can also use your international QR code.
A certificate on paper is convenient if you don’t have a smartphone, you can make a QR code on paper on the following website: https://coronacheck.nl/en/print/
Please make sure you bring this printed paper with you to the conference venue.
In case you need to get tested to get access to the conference, please note there is a COVID-19 test location for PCR tests next to the venue. You have to book an appointment in advance via https://afspraak.testenvoortoegang.org/ This negative PCR test result is valid for 24 hours.

- Cough and sneeze into your elbow
- Avoid handshaking
- Stay at home if you have symptoms
KEEP YOUR DISTANCE
Since there are fixed seats, it is not mandatory to keep 1.5 metres distance from each other. We do however, encourage to keep your distance as much as possible.
USE OF FACE MASKS
It is not mandatory to wear a face mask during the conference, since we make use of the corona check at the door. You are of course free to wear one, if you wish.

By plane
To get to the conference centre from Eindhoven airport, you first have to take the bus (Airport Shuttle 400) to Eindhoven Central Station (train and bus station).
If you land on Amsterdam Schiphol, you first have to take the train to Eindhoven Central Station.
From Eindhoven Central Station take the bus (line 19 or 319) towards Reusel or line 15 towards NH Koningshof. During the week every 15 minutes (during the day), and in the weekends every 30 minutes.
