Brief summary of research
Prof. D. Stamatialis has long experience in the field of (bio)artificial organs, biomaterials and biomedical membranes and has been involved in numerous projects leading to products and applications, some licensed to companies. He has been promotor of 17 PhD students and mentor of numerous MSc and BSc students. He is the author of more than 150 scientific publications and inventor of 9 patents (ORCID id: 0000-0002-2298-2442).
