Digital and green transformation of industrial polymer value chains

I spent most of my international career within the automotive industry moving all along the value chain. I started indeed at the OEM (PSA) and moved then to the Tier (FAURECIA in France and in Germany) before joining SABIC (Netherlands) in 2013. This gave me the opportunity to develop a large expertise related to polymer value chain ranging from materials to full-scale parts manufacturing both for interior and exterior parts. This includes innovation, development, industrial up-scale combined with value chain, intellectual assets and teams management. Considering digitalization, it represents a unique opportunity to make our innovation more efficient, our manufacturing plants more robust moving moreover and step by step from a linear to a real circular and sustainable economy. This is a real nice challenge which is supporting the polymer value chain transformation and the several industries needs (automotive, packaging and others). Last but not least, people training is a corner stone of such transformation which must be included in the ramp–up and deployment of the digital industry.
